Important: The registration form is not a claim form. If there is a settlement agreement at the end of the mediation and CCAA Proceedings, you will need to fill out another form to claim your financial compensation.
Registration does not create any right to compensation. Eligibility to compensation will only be determined during the claims process at which time each claim will be analyzed by an administrator appointed by the Court and acting under its authority.
